Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emdprods@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to replace the item or provide store credit. Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process your claim.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us so we can assist in locating your package. In cases where tracking shows an order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of hygiene and safety reasons, and to ensure every customer receives brand-new merchandise, we cannot accept returns on any products.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address and order details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
